Airsoft Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement

Airsoft activities involve physical movement, tactical gameplay, and simulated combat environments.

By participating, players acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to falls, collisions, slips, uneven terrain, equipment malfunction, projectile impacts, and injuries that may result from participation.

Safety Rules

Protective eyewear must be worn at all times.
Players must follow all staff instructions.
Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
Physical aggression, fighting, or intentional unsafe conduct is prohibited.
Equipment must be used responsibly and only as intended.

Liability Release & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with airsoft activities and voluntarily choose to participate at your own risk.

You agree to release, waive, and discharge GREAT LAKES AIRSOFT LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification Agreement

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GREAT LAKES AIRSOFT LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of:

Your participation in airsoft activities.
Your violation of safety rules or facility policies.
Any damage to property or injury caused by your actions.
Claims brought by individuals included in your registration resulting from your failure to accurately represent their acceptance of this waiver.

Parent or Legal Guardian Consent (Required for Minors)

If any participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian completing this registration certifies that:

They are the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s).
They have read and understand this waiver.
They consent to the minor’s participation in airsoft activities.
They assume all risks associated with the minor’s participation.
They agree to release and indemnify GREAT LAKES AIRSOFT LLC on behalf of the minor to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Photo & Video Release

By participating in activities at GREAT LAKES AIRSOFT LLC, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded during events. You grant GREAT LAKES AIRSOFT LLC permission to use these photographs and videos, without compensation, for lawful business purposes including social media, website content, advertising, marketing materials, and other promotional uses. If you are signing on behalf of a minor, you also consent to the use of the minor’s image under these terms.

Damage & Equipment Fee

By participating in activities at GREAT LAKES AIRSOFT LLC, I understand that I am responsible for any damage I cause to Great Lakes Airsoft equipment, property, or facilities through misuse, negligence, or intentional actions. I agree that a $100 damage fee may be charged for damage caused by me.
